1. Photocopy of Valid Senior Citizen I.D card
2. Copy of the latest electric bill issued under the account of Senior Citizen
3. Proof of Residency from Barangay
4. Proof of Authority (for representative)
Valid I.D. of representative
Authorization Letter
For Senior Citizen/Residential Care Facility/Institution of Group Home Discounts :
1. Photocopy of DSWD Accreditation
2. Certification (for 5 months operation)
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AVAILMENT:
1. Consumption must not exceed 100kwh in a particular month.
2. The kWh meter must have been registered in your name for a period of not less than one (1) year.
3. Discount shall only apply per household.
